Skyllis – Journal for Maritime and Limnic Archaeology and Cultural History

SKYLLIS – Journal of Maritime and Limnic Archaeology and Cultural History

Since 1998, SKYLLIS has been the journal of the German Society for the Promotion of Underwater Archaeology (DEGUWA) e.V. SKYLLIS publishes contributions presented at the conferences In Poseidon's Realm as well as articles submitted independently of these conferences.

SKYLLIS is published annually.

All contributions published in SKYLLIS undergo a professional and formal peer-review process in order to ensure the highest standards of academic quality. With the support of the Scientific Advisory Board, manuscripts are reviewed by international experts with relevant expertise in a double-blind peer-review process, in which both authors and reviewers remain anonymous.

For issues published to date, the tables of contents are available in our online archive.

If you would like to submit a contribution to SKYLLIS, please observe the journal's publication guidelines.
